Tian He and Mohamed Mokbel receive best paper award

Tian He (CS and DTC) and Mohamed F. Mokbel (CS and DTC), in collaboration with Chi-Yin Chow, received the best paper award at the 10th International Conference on Mobile Data Management. The acceptance rate of the conference is 26% and only one paper is declared as the best paper. "Aggregate Location Monitoring for Wireless Sensor Networks: A Histogram-based Approach" can be found in Proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Mobile Data Management, MDM 2009, Taipei, Taiwan, May 2009.
