Industry representatives welcome at Aug. 26, 2004 DDC event

The Digital Design Consortium (DDC) welcomes companies with an interest in learning about cutting-edge information technology design advancements to its first open house, set for Aug. 26 in Walter Library.

The DDC brings together researchers from diverse disciplines to develop tools that allow architects, landscape architects, and other design and building professionals to experience designs. Its facilities include a laboratory on the first floor of Walter where researchers are creating a virtual reality design environment.
